Our team is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our operation in Paris, Texas . This team member will be responsible for directing and coordinating the warehouse services across all of our facilities in Paris inclusive of receiving, storing, and shipping customer products while maintaining the highest levels of inventory accuracy.

JOBSITE LOCATION : Paris, TX

STARTING PAYRATE : $65,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 7am - 4:00pm (weekends only as needed)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure core warehouse services of receiving, inventory control, and shipping are fulfilled accurately against all customer and internal SLAs.
• Works with Warehouse Supervisors to address inventory or customer concerns.
• Routinely communicates effectively and professionally with key customer contacts.
• Staffs all team member roles appropriately to ensure staffing levels meet volume demands.
• Works with supporting departments to ensure the appropriate training plans and programs are in place to guarantee a knowledgeable, skilled workforce is in place.
• Monitors warehouse density and works with the team to facilitate consolidations as needed.
• Tracks the warehouse teams’ performance against KPIs and other key metrics by leveraging system reporting.
• Serves as a systems subject matter expert for their team.
• Works with the inventory team to troubleshoot, address, and perform root cause analysis on issues and opportunities they are identifying.
• Ensures their team appropriately schedules carriers appropriately for effective utilization of resources and to meet customer needs.

Education and Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
