Job description: This role is responsible for facilitating the development of marketing video content - from creative brief through to approved file release. The incumbent will be driving the creative process of conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of compelling and impactful digital media including ads and video content for publication on our YouTube channel, website, and other social media outlets, to outfit our experience center, and to supplement our eLearning initiatives, presentations, and on demand projects. The incumbent should be able to demonstrate an ability to storyboard, script, shoot, and edit video content efficiently and in an organized manner.
Project management duties include project tracking and status reports, communicating edits and direction to internal stakeholders and third-party agencies, proofing, and system uploads as required. This position also may assist with other general marketing, writing, or communications projects as assigned. This role will require collaboration across several parts of the organization to ensure projects, timelines, and priorities are met.

As Video Marketing Producer, you will: - Develop and produce a wide variety of professional quality videos including product how-to, testimonial, and promotional video content from concept to completion focusing primarily on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conceptualize, storyboard, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that communicates the benefits of HTA's products, solutions and offerings to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Video interviews, tradeshows, customer events and other projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments to craft stories that are consistent with the company's brand strategy.
- Identify and procure shooting locations, products, and related materials when necessary.
- Operate, maintain, and set-up photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry and competitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Pack and transport video cameras and other associated equipment to all necessary locations.
- Ensure projects are designed according to corporate branding guidelines while being able to articulate theory behind your designs.
- Present project statuses, concepts, and ideas to internal stakeholders.
Who we're looking for: - A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in shooting and producing live and product centered video and/or photography with an impeccable eye for detail.
- An aptitude for creative style in filming, directing, editing video, and the implementation of copy and typography.
- Proficient in the use of video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite on PC or Mac (Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Audition).
- Committed to meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Works well in an agile, fast moving team environment with shifting project direction.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools (screwdrivers, power drills, etc.).
Skills and requirements: - Four-year degree from an accredited institution in digital cinematography, film, marketing, communications, video production, fine arts or related field.
- Experience shooting, directing, editing and producing short form videos including product introduction, interviews, events, testimonial, demo and how-to for use across social media and other digital channels including YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Expertise with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro X, CyberLink PowerDirector 365).
- At least 3-5 years of experience with a creative agency or in-house marketing team creating video for recognized global brands.
- Access to a personal vehicle for transporting equipment and other necessary materials.
- Ability to fabricate and finish set pieces for use during video projects.
- Travel up to 20%.
