About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join a dynamic business within its portfolio. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in finance and accounting, ideally within a multi-site, B2B services business. While experience in a similar role within a lower middle-market manufacturing business is preferred, candidates with a proven track record as a key finance leader in an upmarket manufacturing business will also be considered. The role demands a leader with a tenacious and forward-thinking approach, capable of driving the company's financial strategy in line with the private equity sponsor's ambitious investment thesis. As the Vice President of Finance, the chosen candidate will be responsible for upholding the company's financial integrity, leading financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements. This pivotal role requires a leader who can balance the demands of the business's past with a vision for its future, in alignment with the sponsor's commitment to organic growth. While a background in private equity is not mandatory, a tenure of 10+ years in progressively successful financial roles is a key requirement. The role is suited to a candidate with a passion for the manufacturing industry, a deep understanding of the B2B market, and a proven ability to drive financial performance in a complex, multi-site business environment.
