Workforce Edge, a leading SaaS provider of Education Benefits Management, seeks a passionate and data-driven Sr. Education Insights Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering our clients to unlock the full potential of their education benefits by analyzing usage across the Workforce Edge platform. You will collaborate closely with clients, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance learning outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to identify their specific data needs and objectives related to the Workforce Edge platform.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client workflows, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Leverage advanced data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from client data across both platforms.
- Identify trends and patterns in key metrics such as course completion rates, learner engagement, and skill development.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings and insights in a visual and easily digestible format.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present data in a compelling and impactful manner.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that clients can implement to improve program effectiveness, optimize resource allocation, and personalize learning experiences.
- Develop data-driven strategies to address client challenges and achieve their desired learning objectives.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages for extracting and manipulating data.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Workforce Edge platform data model and functionalities.
- Deliver clear and concise presentations to clients, effectively communicating complex data insights and actionable recommendations.
Job Skills: - Motivated, organized, and adaptable self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Ability to answer loosely defined business requests using complex datasets and statistical techniques.
- Proven record of client service, successfully delivering timely and insightful projects to key clients. Strong consulting skills to listen to client needs and adapt approach to meet new requirements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership traits and ability to train and mentor junior analysts.
- Strong understanding of analytic tools and one or more programming languages.
- Experience querying databases to build actionable data visualizations from enterprise data visualization software such as: Power BI or Tableau.
- Possess advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts), and the ability to learn on the fly.
- Ability to construct test design and perform ad-hoc statistical analysis to measure the impact of strategic business initiative.
- Experience with Salesforce data and reports a plus.
- Experience with python and BigQuery a plus.
Work Experience: - 4+ years of experience working in a consultative-style data-driven business analytics role required (Roles as a Data Analyst, Research Analyst, and Analytic Consultant preferred)
- 2+ years or experience working closely in business operation and/or client success B2B environments preferred.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science) or relevant work experience in a fast-paced growth industry preferred.
Other: - Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Typical office setting.
- Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
- Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
- Access information using a computer.
- Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
- Effectively cope with stressful situations.
- Strong mental acuity.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.

$82,800.00 - $124,200.00 - Salary
