Position Purpose: The Post-Baccalaureate Leadership Scholar assists with the Rockefeller Center Management and Leadership programs, specifically the Rockefeller Leadership Fellows ( RLF ) program, as well as, other Center research and evaluation projects .
Description: Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp: Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: - Previous leadership and management experience with campus student organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently.
- Ability to supervise and work successfully with undergraduate students.
- Attention to detail, organizing on campus sessions and off campus programming.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Office productivity software (e.g., MS Office, Drop Box, Google Docs).
- Survey programming skills in Qualtrics.
Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated student leadership positions while an undergraduate.
- Previous experience assisting with academic research.
- Previous experience with evaluation research projects.

Description: Program Management of the Rockefeller Center Leadership Fellows ( RLF ) Program •Coordinate management of the RLF program schedule.
•Liaise with program speakers and guests, coordinating and supporting their travel to campus, accommodations, and schedules while at the Rockefeller Center.
•Lead weekly RLF sessions and events, introducing session topics and speakers.
•Administer attendance and program requirements.
•Plan, execute and attend experiential, offsite trips, and events.
•Support and coach student participants.
Percentage Of Time: 50%
Description: Program Evaluation •Develop and evolve RLF program evaluation tools and analysis.
•Collaborate with Rockefeller Center evaluation data collection efforts.
Percentage Of Time: 10%
Description: Contract Leadership Programs •Explore external leadership programs (ex. PLEN ) and others.
•Support the application process, managing student requests.
Percentage Of Time: 10%
Description: Rockefeller Center Advised Student Organizations •Coordinate and support Rockefeller Center advised student Organizations (ex. Dartmouth Civics, Model UN).
Percentage Of Time: 5%
Description: Rockefeller Center Academic Research •Provide assistance to the Center Director and Executive Director with academic research and writing.
Percentage Of Time: 25%
