Job Description

• Independently manage all aspects of medical device packaging projects, from concept development to implementation.
• Lead and manage the work of offshore/offshore packaging engineering resources, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, regulatory, manufacturing) to design and develop optimal packaging solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices for medical device packaging.
• Conduct and interpret lab testing to ensure packaging meets performance requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cost-optimization principles for packaging design.
• Document packaging processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device packaging engineering.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex medical device packaging or similar projects.
• Experience leading and managing a team of engineers (a plus).
• Understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with packaging materials, testing methodologies, and cost-analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
