• Manage requests from customers to view items
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
• Troubleshoot customer issues
• Assist in resolving employee issues and disputes
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist is ensuring proper store coverage and delegation of task
• Coach, encourage, correct, and check in with team members
• Assist in interviewing and training new employees
• Assist the supervisor in planning and implementing strategy
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the event of management absentee
• Assume managerial responsibilities on Saturdays and Sundays
• Assist in maintaining store performance
• Maintain proper inventory in store
• Assist in purchasing gear for customer when needed
• Response to written communications in a timely manner

• Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Customer focused attitude with a desire to provide great service
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle pressure, stay calm, de-escalate, and respond to challenging inquiries
• At least 3 years working in Sales/Retail supervision preferred
• Photography experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
