Description Outsourced Accounting Operations Manager, Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS)

As a full-time member of our professional staff, you would have Operations Manager responsibilities in our Outsourced Accounting Solutions Group (OAS) practice. The OAS Group of CTBK is responsible for providing a full range of bookkeeping and advisory services to clients in various industries including construction, real estate, not-for-profit, healthcare and professional services, and manufacturing/distribution.
Please note, you may be required to travel and work at local client sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the outsource accounting group, including scheduling, workflow, enforcing deadlines
- Standardize OAS procedures
- Manage and oversee the OAS Accounting Supervisors
- Assist with billing and collections
- Mentor and coach members of the OAS team
- Research and implement CAS best practices
- Develop and implement training plans for the OAS team
- Ensure quality of all procedures and output
- Develop relationships with other focus areas within the firm
- Work with the People Team to develop and recruit talent into the OAS group
- Contribute to the development of the OAS practice's annual goals and business plan

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred
- 10+ years of cumulative experience in Accounting
- Experience in both public accounting and in the private sector
Pay range- $90,000 to $122,500
