My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Instructional Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Chicago, IL (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows:

Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $35-38/hr. Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

Job Description:

• Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
• Edits and develops online learning materials.
• Creates learning experiences and environments.
• Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
• Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards using proven Instructional Systems Design methodologies.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.

Qualifications:

• Strong Instructional Designer experienced in training and developmental theory, performance improvement methodologies, instructional system design and techniques
• Pharmaceutical industry environment experience.
