Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Shopify Full Stack Developer, someone who'll essentially step into a leadership role in the web development arena. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development, customization, and maintenance of Shopify stores, ensuring an optimized user experience and seamless integration with our business strategies. If you're adept at e-commerce development with an unwavering passion for technology, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Aroma360's Shopify store, emphasizing performance, user experience, and conversion.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and UI/UX designers.

• Manage a small team of internal and offshore developers ensuring tasks are delegated accordingly and timelines are met.

• Implement and maintain custom applications written in JavaScript, PHP, and Ruby on Rails.

• Utilize Github/GitLab for version control, debugging, and deploying code.

• Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new features on the website.

• Ensure the site aligns with Aroma360's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Monitor site metrics, making necessary improvements based on performance insights.

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Shopify Plus platform updates, and best web development and security practices.

Perform other duties as assigned

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on Shopify Plus development.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, API integrations, and version controlling.

• Strong experience with Shopify theme development, app integrations, Shopify APIs, Shopify Script Editor, Shopify CLI, AJAX, JSON, and GraphQL.

• Experience with key digital marketing and analytics tools including Facebook Business Suite (Ads Manager), Google (Analytics, Merchant Center, Cloud), and user experience tools like Hotjar.

• Familiarity with web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and responsive design principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously or in a team, and clear communication skills.

• Experience or comfort in liaising with vendors or third-party service providers.
