Job Description: Regional Director of Restaurant Operations

Position Overview

Salary: $125K - $150K + 10% Bonus potential

Location: Oahu + Some Travel

We are seeking a highly experienced and solution-oriented Regional Director of Restaurant Operations in to oversee and enhance the operational performance of our 10+ restaurant locations within the designated region. This executive role is crucial for driving success and ensuring that each establishment meets our high standards of service, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve their fullest potential and maintain a motivated workforce dedicated to excellence.
• Performance Metrics : Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based solutions.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance to achieve business objectives.
• Customer Experience : Focus on enhancing the guest experience through innovative service approaches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in restaurant operations with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven track record of managing multiple locations.
• Education : Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.
• Analytical Abilities : Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics with a solution-driven mindset.
• Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop actionable plans, and execute solutions effectively.
