A financial services organization in New York City is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join their staff as their new Credit Fund Manager. In this role, the Credit Fund Manager will be responsible for quarterly and year-end close activities for assigned Funds.



Responsibilities


The Credit Fund Manager will

• Prepare/review Fund capital calls and distributions including investor calculations and notices
• Prepare/review Fund management fee calculations and subsequent close calculations for Funds not yet closed
• Manage and coordinate Fund audits for assigned Funds, including detailed review of financial statements and footnotes
• Manage and coordinate Fund tax returns, K-1s, and other related tax documents for assigned Funds
• Review valuation models created by client investment teams for compliance with Valuation Policy and US GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive work experience & must have experience working in private sector
• Strong understanding of Credit Fund accounting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Capable of managing own workload and working independently, as well as in teams
• Ability to multitask
