Job Summary Integrates and configures PC hardware and peripherals. Responsibilities include assembling PC electronic components, installing circuit boards, disk drives, mass storage devices, and peripheral equipment. Additional duties as assigned.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Integrate and configure a variety of PC hardware, operating system software, and peripherals.
- Assemble PC electronic components, install circuit boards, disk drives, mass storage devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration problems involving circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, PROM programming, and signal flow tracing.
- Diagnose malfunctions and equipment failures, taking appropriate actions based on process requirements.
- Complete appropriate documentation regarding defective parts replacement, shipping, build process updates, etc.
- Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including various key performance metrics.
Requirements: - Entry-level to 1 year experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- May require standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
