CNC Machine Operator (2 nd and 3 rd Shift)

Our client is part of a global manufacturing network of companies that produce products across the globe used in a variety of industries including energy and heavy industrial. Their Cleveland OH area manufacturing plant has been growing rapidly in recent years and has roughly 500 employees now. This is a non-union manufacturing plant that, for several decades, has been part of a family-owned and operated business, and because of this, they pride themselves on employee satisfaction, work/life balance and overall benefits.

They are currently looking to hire CNC Machine Operators. Main duties include:

Operate a wide variety of CNC machines
Work closely with Engineering during new tooling/new product develop phases
Support the set-up, tooling and machine troubleshooting
Aid in installing new plant equipment
General maintenance on CNC equipment
Work closely with vendors during tooling trials
Ensure the machining department is closely adhering to 5S and safety standards

Qualifications include:
Hands-on CNC maintenance experience
CNC set-up and tooling experience
